  • Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of company visitor or guests
  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional manner, in person, on the telephone or via email
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Female, Max. 30 years old
  • Have a pleasant personality, good appearance and ability to confidently represent the company
  • Have a good communication skill both oral and written
  • Able to work as a team and a fast – paced environment
BARISTA - JAKARTA BARAT
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
  • Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time
  • Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests product with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals
  • Provides quality beverages consistently for all customers with Kaffein standard
  • Maintains Quality store operations such as following store standard of procedure for operational flow, merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products, cleaning standard etc.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
  • Active communication in English.
  • Maximum age is 25 years old. Fresh graduated are welcome.
  • Good interpersonal skill and having deep passion in Food & Beverage field.
  • Must have Service Excellent attitude.
  • Able to work in shifting working hours, on weekend and public holiday.
