MARKETING OFFICER

Kriteria :
  • Pria/Wanita
  • Usia 23 - 30 tahun
  • Pendidikan min. S1 semua jurusan
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota
  • Berpengalaman dalam bidang  PKE / PKO (kelapa sawit)
  • Diutamakan yang mampu berbahasa Mandarin dan Inggris secara aktif
Job Desk :
  • Melakukan monitor produksi Kernel
  • Melakukan transaksi pemasaran PKE dan PKO
  • Melakukan transaksi pembelian untuk bahan baku produksi (kernel)
  • Memperluas jaringan pemasaran PKE dan PKO

TAX SUPERVISOR

Requirements:
  • Male/ Female
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum S1 Accounting
  • Minimum 1-3 years experiences in dealing with tax preferably from CPO industry
  • Having good knowledge of Accounting and Tax regulation
  • Computer literate
  • Posses brevet certificate
  • Good command of english
  • Strong leadership skill hard working, self motivated, accurate able to make tax report 

KEPALA RAYON

Qualifications :
  • Education Minimum Degree Accountant
  • Having experience in Accounting Supervisor (handling financial report eight company) Pam oil Company
  • Having Exp. in Public Accountant (Big four)
  • Having experience  4  years in Accounting

EXPORT - IMPORT MANAGER

Requirements: 
  • Male/ Female
  • Min Diploma all major
  • Handling and monitoring import process (PIB-PEB)
  • Having PPJK certificate
  • Min. 2 years experience as Exim Manager in Palm Oil Company
  • Willing to travel intensively
 

LOGISTIC MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Male
  • Education any major
  • Having experience in Supervisor Logistic Min. 3 years in oil palm plantation

HRD MANAGER

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for HR duties includes full spectrum of HR Management duties : Recruitment and Termination, HR- competency 
  • To Design & Implement of  Human Resource System including but not limited to policy-procedures, recruitment and employment, etc 
  • Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure professionalism
  • Review and emphasize HR system, structures and work processes to organization’s strategic business goals

 Requirements:
  • Professional qualification in related disciplines (psycholog) 
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a multinational environment of palm oil plantation 
  • Expert in HR activities; recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal and employee relations 
  • Understand departments’ hiring requirements and selection criterias 
  • Presentable, multi-task, and outgoing personality 
  • Strong people skills, able to interact with all levels of staffs effectively 
  • Ability to work independently
