It was established in 1973 with its first company, CV Auto Diesel Radiators Co., of which the name ADR originated from. Currently ADR Group has four business divisions : Automotive, Agro, Property and Financial Services Division.

ADR Group's manufacturing companies are located in Kapuk, Jakarta on a 5-hectare land and in Tangerang, Banten, on a 75-hectare land.

  • PT. Selamat Sempurna Tbk.

The flagship of ADR Group and currently one of the largest filter & radiator manufacturers in the region. Sakura filter trademark has been registered to more than 90 countries worldwide.

  • PT. Panata Jaya Mandiri

A joint venture company with Donaldson Company Inc. USA (a worldwide leader in filtration industry). The Company manufacturers filtration products for heavy equipments, gas turbines, industrial engines, cinstruction equipments & automotives

  • PT. Hydraxle Perkasa

Began its operation by assembling dump trucks & hoists and special purpose vehicles. The company subsequently made further investments in a steel centre, tool & die, mould, and machinery centre.

  • PT. Selamat Sempana Perkasa

Manufactures rubber O-rings, rubber components, rubber compounds, polyurethanes, and plastisol adhesives for automotive industries. The products are exported to various countries.

  • PT. Rubberindo Unggul Perkasa

Manufactures rubber compounds for automotive parts industries.

  • PT. Dinamikajaya Bumipersada

Specializes in manufacturing engine gasket kits, plastic injection parts, and packaging.

Specializes on the distribution of the Group's products in Indonesian aftermarket sectors

A trading house and represents Donaldson products. Its role in Indonesia is to provide technical sales to various industries, ranging from power plants to oil and gas industries.

  • PT. Cahaya Mitra Gemilang

Specializes in the distribution of the group's products in North Sumatra and Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (or aftermarket sector).

  • PT. Prima Auto Indonesia

A Sole Agent/ Distributor of Baotou Bei Ben Heavy Duty Truck Co. Ltd. Its products are widely used in industries, such as Mining, Harbor Management, Forestry, and Construction & Transportation.

Job Descriptions:

  • Monitor the production process and maintain work areas and equipment
  • Inspect production's output and quality to meet or exceed all customer requirements
  • Ensure that the operators follow operation standards, policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all production targets are met
  • Inform any production issues or problems to supervisor on duty to ensure a continuous flow of quality product

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma's Degree (D3) in Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Passionate about building a career especially in manufacturing industry

Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct product research and source materials, goods and services as required by the procurement plan
  • Source & evaluate new suppliers and vendors, negotiate the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals
  • Perform inventory inspections and reorder supplies and stock as necessary
  • Organize and update records of all orders, payments, and received stock
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management or relevant field.
  • Have a minimum 1 year of working experience in Purchasing/Procurement Department is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good knowledge of purchasing procedures & policies, supply chain management, cost analysis and budgeting

Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Descriptions :

  • Develop, implement and maintain finance & accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance & accounting department including AP, AR & general ledger preparation, tax returns & payments, financial reporting, year end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities
  • Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of finance & accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes
  • Generate various analysis and financial reports for the management

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience as Finance & Accounting Senior / Supervisor, preferably from property/real estate industry or plantation industry
  • Solid understanding of finance & accounting principles and procedures (general ledger, reconciliation, account payable & receivable), financial planning & analysis, taxation and tax regulations
  • Computer literate and familiarity with ERP SAP
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) would be an advantage
